How can I request a replacement for my MyCloudFitness machine console?

LifeSmart LLC is not the manufacturer of MyCloudFitness machines. For console replacements or hardware-related issues, please contact the manufacturer directly.

How can I delete my account?

To delete your account:

  1. Open the LifeSmart+ Connect app

  2. Sign in to your account

  3. Go to Settings

  4. Select Delete Account

  5. Follow the on-screen instructions

All your data — including account details, workout and weight history, and bookmarks — will be permanently deleted within 24 hours.
